Dylan prepared to head outside, needing to buy supplies for an event he was going to later that night. One of his friends invited him to a celebration at the friend's house, and asked Dylan to bring some supplies, saying he would pay Dylan back later. Dylan didn't really like having to shop for his friend, but he agreed to it anyways. Soon enough he heads to the local stores to buy the food and other supplies needed.

On the way to the last store to get some drinks, Dylan ended up spotting a commotion nearby, with people sounding freaked out. He decided to have a closer look, to see if it was someone in need of help or something. He was surprised by what it turned out to be.

The group of observers were watching a stray Umbreon that had gotten close to them, growling at all of them. It seemed like some of them were trying to move the Pokemon, hoping to help him back to her habitat without anyone getting hurt. Any attempt people had to get close to him ended up in him almost biting one of them, so the attempts to help were cancelled.

Seeing one of the people get nearly bitten by the crazy Umbreon, Dylan decided to leave, turning away to head off. Because of this, he didn't notice the Umbreon deciding to charge the crowd, with everyone else running out of the way. This lead to Dylan being the unfortunate victim of the Umbreon's attack, which made him stumble a bit. While he regained his balance, the Pokemon decided to use this time to bite Dylan's hand.

Dylan winced in pain at the bite, and pulled his hand away. The Umbreon, for a reason he didn't understand, shifted attention towards some of the other humans, deciding to chase them, allowing Dylan to get further away from the crazy Pokemon.

Dylan returned home after finishing up his shopping, feeling a bit sick. He was also starting to crave meat, so he quickly cooked up a meal before he had to go to the event. The meat dish, a relatively normal chicken dish, weirdly tasted a lot better to him today, even though he did nothing different with the dish. He also got a bit distracted after the meal with the sound of something approaching his home. The noise was kinda faint, sounding like something he shouldn't normally be able to hear, but Dylan was able to follow it to the source, which turned out to be his front window.

Outside of the window, Dylan spotted the Umbreon from before. Unlike before, the Pokemon seemed calmed now, looking at him as if to check on his condition. He didn't really want to see the Pokemon that bit him, his hand still sore from it, so he tried ignoring it, making it leave, etc. The Umbreon refused to move though, frustrating Dylan. He ended up shouting at the Pokemon, growling afterwards.

It took Dylan a couple seconds to realize that he actually growled.

Dylan was shocked that he did that, as it was something only Pokemon did. It freaked him out a bit, but he eventually rationalized it as a mixture of the sick feeling and frustration. After getting that straightened out, he looked back towards the window, and saw that the Umbreon had finally left. Glad to see her gone, Dylan finished his preparations for heading out to the event.

The walk to his friend's house was actually painful to Dylan. Not because he was physically hurt, but because the sound of everyone talking around him was bugging him, sounding louder than normal. He had to hold his hands on his ears along the way, something he was embarrassed about. Eventually he had to resort to taking quieter routes, resulting in him being late to the event.

Dylan had to endure his friend complaining about him being late when he arrived, but also the music at the party. It wasn't really that high, but it alone caused him misery. With the added sound of other people talking, Dylan was suffering a lot, enough for his friends to worry. They suggested that he should probably go home and rest, which Dylan was willing to do, the sick feeling seeming to get stronger. With that, he headed home.

It was nighttime when Dylan headed home, some clouds in the sky. Dylan was still feeling sick along the walk though, soon feeling too nauseous to keep walking, so he had to take a break. He went to grab his phone to call his friend, hoping for a ride home, but was stopped suddenly when he started feeling better. He didn't understand how he could be feeling better, but he tried continuing to walk home. He got to the next building, but then felt sick again as soon as he entered the building's shadow. With that, he stepped out of it.

Dylan didn't notice that the clouds were no longer blocking the moon, as it didn't seem important to him before, but he soon figured out that it was the moonlight that was making his body feel better. He knew it was strange for the moon to be able to do that, but the moonlight helped so much, and weirdly felt comforting, so he stayed in it. The comforting feeling was so nice, he almost didn't notice the fact that black fur was starting to grow on him, only spotting it when he decided to check and see if the hand that was bitten earlier was healing as well.

The sight of the black fur started Dylan, almost making him fall over. The fur kept growing though, everywhere the moonlight touched, but it was spreading under his clothes as well. There were exceptions to where the black fur grew, but those spots became yellow rings instead, and they soon started to glow, reminding Dylan of the Pokemon that bit him earlier.

"Nonono, this can't be!" Dylan shouted to himself, trying to rationalize this, but the changes kept happening as he stood in the moonlight. His hair shorted to merge with the fur as it finishes growing all over. Soon he felt his ears growing longer, becoming pointed while growing wider and rounded in the middle. Yellow rings grew on his now inhuman ears, and they soon rested on the top of his head. None of this was painful, the moonlight still making it feel comfortable and nice, but Dylan was still afraid. Thinking it would stop the change, Dylan ran into the shadows again.

In the shadow though, the sick feeling not only returned, but all the changes happening to him started to become extremely painful and slow, causing him misery. He started feeling the growth of a new tail, shaped like his ears, but it took longer, and caused lots of misery to him. The pain and ill feeling eventually drove Dylan to enter the moonlight again, wanting to be free of it.

Fortunately, the pain died out with the moonlight, and Dylan felt the comforting feeling again. Relieved of the pain, Dylan ended up letting the good feeling cloud his mind again, the tail finishing it's growth painlessly now.

Soon, Dylan's hands start to shift, the normal 5 fingers fusing into 3 shorter ones, his nails becoming sharper, and paw pads growing on his palms, making his hands paws. He could feel the same thing happening to his feet, so he decided to take them off, something in him telling him it was best to free his feet from the silly human shoes.

Dylan caught on to that strange though of his, starting to worry again. It was hard to leave the moonlight like last time though, as his body did not seem to want to return to the pain from before. He ended up standing on all fours as well, his mind telling him he would fall if he tried to walk like a human. His arms and legs then shifted to help him stand and walk on the 4 paws, becoming stronger but more limited in movement potential, with parts of his arms slimming and widening to help with fast movement. Dylan thought he should be worried about this, but more thoughts popped into his head, telling him he should be standing like this anyways, as it fit with his paws. He was started to struggle with countering the strange thoughts.

After the legs were done, Dylan noticed how his face was pushing forwards, his nose becoming shorter and more animalistic at the same time. His teeth changed to become sharper, ready to attack with. He tried snapping himself out of thinking about fighting, but as started talking, his voice distracted him. It seemed.... higher than normal.... more feminine in fact.

Dylan had a brief moment of panic before the new thoughts took over again, asking him why he would be afraid of his own voice, making it seem like the new voice was normal. He tried fighting these thoughts again, thinking he knew what his voice was like.... or did he? The more he thought about it, the harder it seemed to be to remember what he sounded like before.

As Dylan tried to remember his voice, his torso started to change, becoming slimmer. The organs inside all shifted and not only changed to match the new species, but the new gender as well. Dylan only snapped out of the sad attempts to remember the voice after all of him, or her now, had changed, trying to figure out what had changed. He found it difficult to figure out the new changes though, as everything started seeming more and more normal to her. She didn't panic, though that's only because she wasn't sure what to panic about.

Eventually Dylan started to shrink down, everything around her looking bigger now. Dylan would normally be freaking out about that, but she had other problems to deal with. More new thoughts were coming in, some based on gaining new instincts, but some seeming more girly, with her thinking about finding a male Umbreon before she snapped herself out of it. Dylan was even finding that she was starting to refer to herself as Luna instead of Dylan. Fighting the new thoughts exhausted her, and the new size disoriented her. Soon one last Umbreon thought entered while she was struggling: why wasn't she looking at the moon?

Dylan tried fighting that last thought, but he was mentally strained at this point, and the new mindset was only growing. Soon Dylan is forced to look into the sky by his own body. Once Dylan saw the moon, her head was stuck in that position, unable to look away. Dylan was sure she should be avoiding looking at it, but she starts to doubt herself. Why avoid the moon when it made her feel so comfortable and helped heal her? Was there a reason to fear it? Each question like this started to wear down the human mind, the answers shifting from avoid the moon to loving. The moon was soon changed into a source of energy and healing to an Umbreon like her then.

As these thoughts took over, the last part of Dylan started to change. Her eyes, having stayed human before she looked at the sky, started becoming red, the red colour slowing taking over as she starts giving in to the moon. The more she forgot her problems and her life before, the redder her eyes become. At the moment she submitted completely, her eyes became almost completely red, leaving only her pupils the same colour. With her eyes being completely changed, Dylan, now convinced her name is Luna, was now a female Umbreon, having no memories of how she was as a male human.

When the changed ended, the trance ended, and Luna was allowed to look away. The new Umbreon looked around, trying to remember why she was in a human town. She didn't want to be captured, and it was highly unlikely she would find any other Pokemon here, especially not any Umbreons like her. She smiled at the thought of finding a boy, and decided to head off to start her search. She was sure she could win over any males easily, so she just needed to find one.

Unknown to Luna, the Umbreon from before was watching her, having been observing the whole time to check on her condition. From the look of it, it seemed like his plan worked. With the low percentage of Eevees being female and the popularity of the Eevee line, the Eevee population of area he lived in was struggling a bit, so he thought adding some more females would help. He thought about going to bite some more humans, but then decided to follow the new girl around, making sure she can find her way out of town and into the wild.
:icondragonball4evermore:'s request. I have been in the mood to write a werewolf style story for a while now. Kinda short, but I am trying to get back into request writing.

Umbreon and Pokemon belong to Nintendo.
