Kelly heads out the door, grabbing the hat she put on so it won't fall off. It is very uncomfortable for her to wear the hat, with her ears getting in the way, but her ears are the reason she's wearing it. She doesn't want everyone to see she isn't completely human.

Kelly is having a hard time walking though. She keeps looking away from everyone, making sure no one sees her eyes for too long. She hates being out while she's like this, but she needs to figure out a way to stop Rachel, and she thought leaving the house for a bit might help her get an idea.

Even after walking for about an hour, Kelly had not come up with anything. She takes a seat on a bench. The stress of trying to come up with a plan was getting worse though.

"Ugh, this is pointless. How am I supposed to do this? It was so easy for her to beat me last time. I'm not even going to have that much of an impact on her plan, never mind stop it completely," Kelly says before she starts to cry.

"Hey. Why are you crying?" Kelly hears someone ask. She turns her head to see who spoke to her. She spots a teenage boy, looking a little worried. She looks away quickly, remembering she should hide her eyes.

"I don't think you'd understand," Kelly replies, sounding very miserable.

"Well, it might help just talking about it," the teen says, staying happy during this whole conversation.

"No. It's better if you don't know. You might not like being involved in this," Kelly says sadly.

"It sounds serious. There must be some way I can help," the teens responds, really wanting to help Kelly.

"No, just please leave me alone," Kelly cries out before standing up from the bench to leave.

"I don't like leaving sad people alone if I can help them. Please just tell me," the teens says in a concerned way.

The stress and the teen's unwillingness to leave drove Kelly to a breaking point. She turns to face the teen. "Just stop! I don't want you to help!" Kelly screams out.

The teen takes a step back. "What's up with your eyes?" the teen says quite freaked out.

Kelly didn't think about her eyes when she snapped. She regrets turning around.

"My eyes? They're... um..." I say nervously, unable to come up with a reasonable excuse.

"Those look like... Pokémon eyes," the teen says, now stepping for a better look.

Kelly step back, scared of how the teen is going to react.

"Are you part Pokémon?" the teen asks.

"...Yes," Kelly says reluctantly. She really didn't want to tell him.

"H...How did that happen?"

Kelly starts to tell him about the berries and poffins. She even talks about Rachel, since she found it nice to talk about it, like the teen said it might.

"So there's no one that can help you stop Rachel?" the teen asks.

"No. No one else knows about my condition either, even my family," Kelly admits.

"Well, how about I join you in your fight?" the teen suggests.

"No. I don't want anyone to get hurt," Kelly says, a little angry because of what he said.

"You know you can't do this without help."

Kelly thinks about it. "Fine. How do you want to help?" she says after giving up on stopping him.

"I should be fed a poffin," the teen suggests.

"Really? I'll tell you now, it is painful, and you might not become human again. Are you sure you want to change?" Kelly asks, concerned his happiness.

"I don't care. Just give me the poffin," the teen replies.

Kelly grabs her bag, and grabs the poffin she brought in case she saw Rachel. She planned to try to use it on Rachel, as a way to stop her, but she knows she should use it now. She hands it to the teen.

"By the way, I never got your name. I'm Kelly," she says, happy now that she was getting some backup.

"Ben," the teen says before eating all of the poffin, finding that it tastes really good.

Ben then starts to feel pain all over him. He looks at the area hurting the most at the moment, his hands. He sees that his fingers are getting smaller, as well as his palm. Cream coloured-ur then starts to grow on them, and heads up his arms, which were also getting shorter but thicker.

"Weird. It didn't effect that part of me. So it matters how much of the poffin you eat then," Kelly notes.

Ben's torso starts to change, growing cream fur on the front and dark blue fur on his back. The dark fur starts to stick out at his lower back. His torso starts to grow as well.

"How are you taking it?" Kelly asks, hating what's happening to Ben.

"It's fine. It's not too much for me," Ben says, trying to calm Kelly. It's hurting a lot though.

Bens legs then start to grow in thickness and shrink in length. His feet then became long and skinny, and his 5 toes fuse into 3 on each foot.

"It's almost over. You might want to get rid of the clothes though. It looks pretty uncomfortable on you, and a Pokémon wearing clothes will make people curious about ypou," Kelly suggests.

Ben agrees to this, and takes off and discards his clothes before his head and neck starts to change. His neck became longer and thicker, while his face pushes out. His nose shrinks until there are only nostrils left, the insides of his mouth changes, and his eyes change shape and colour, becoming red. His ears becomes pointed, and moves up on his head. His hair falls out, and red spots appear on his neck.

"So, you ended up a full Typhlosion. That's actually pretty cool," Kelly says as she looks at what happened to Ben, and how much it differed from her transformation.

"That's awesome! I love Typhlosions!" Ben says, happy about what he became.

"Well, we should focus on how we'll stop Rachel now," Kelly says, now remembering why Ben changed.

"Right," Ben says, having an air of determination now.

Kelly sits on the bench again, while Ben sat on the ground. The two then start to talk about their strategies for dealing with Rachel.

I'm curious why the one Rachel made mucked with his mind, but this one didn't.
